My friend Jeffery Ernstoff sent me this video of Bruce Lee. Jeffery is always on the look out for people who do astounding things. I happen to be a Bruce Lee fan and I never even heard of this film clip.I have no idea how you even begin to work out this kind of control and concentration.
Thanks to Jeffery I can share it with you. It is only two minutes long but it will amaze you.
