Okay, so this morning I woke up to Paul Kreppel on the phone telling me that "Jay Johnson:The Two and Only" had just been nominated for a Tony Award. The category is Best Special Event. We all are very excited. Tomorrow the original Bob puppet will be inducted into the collection of the Smithsonian Institution. Sandi and I are in New York celebrating our anniversay.
All in all I would say this is a week that I will never forget. There will be more later. But for now, I am so grateful for everyone who has sent support and good thoughts. Rick and Cherd you guys are the best.

So, ok, glad you enjoyed our call from class on Tuesday, and the extended one on the speaker since I don't know how to work the blasted cell phone. Congrats again from all of us here at Louisiana Tech who love you, Sandi, and all the guys, including your two real ones. We are all excited about Bob and know the ceremony was a "bittersweet" one for you and Sandi. Happy Anniversary as well. We are all looking forward to CSI tomorrow and everyone wants to know if you or one of the boys is the real serial killer. Guess we'll know tomorrow, huh. Anyway, keep in touch and come to HSV, AR, so we can raise some cane!!
