SOAP and leg Cramps
A lot of people have questioned my sanity from the Blog entry about the Soap trick for leg cramps a few days ago. When I told Marsha that the treatment worked she wrote this back to me:
"Ya know -- sometimes things just work and it's not up to us to question how....go figure..."

Today I get a note from the Wiz in New York. She suggested the remedy to her theatre crew and they began to question her sanity.

So here are some Internet references proving that if we are insane we are in good company.
(Cutting and Pasting is recommended)

And finally a Snopes reference which labels it "undetermined"

On a personal note, after bounding out of bed too many times in instant pain trying to stretch out calf muscles that seem to petrify in my sleep, I am willing to try just about anything for leg cramps. As to why the soap thing works, I will repeat what I told the Wiz. (My apologies to DeForrest Kelley)

"For God Sake, Jim, I'm a ventriloquist not a doctor."

As you were,
Jay
